Our task:

Zoro Tools sees itself as a reliable online specialist retailer for small and medium-sized companies as well as ambitious do-it-yourselfers. In the shop of the company from Düsseldorf, customers will find over 350,000 products for craftsmen’s and industrial needs, as well as spare parts and accessories. The team of SMART PR was given the task to introduce the company and its offer in Germany. For this it was necessary to create brand awareness, to communicate offers and advantages and to place topics.


The strategy was implemented on different levels of measures:

  • Online PR: creating and sending out regular press releases on corporate and product topics
  • creation of an online magazine for the strategic placement of relevant content and topics
  • Facebook channel: another possibility to reach the target groups and to increase the visibility in social media
